So basically, in canon Cassandra has this innate knack for body language. Movement is literally her first language, don't ask, it's... weird. Comic books.
Anyway, generally speaking she can use this sensitivity to predict someone's next moves in combat, pick up on how they're feeling, whether they're telling the truth or lying, connect secret identities, etc. I'm making this OPT-OUT, but no matter what I'll discuss it with you if she gets into a fight with your character. Or if she just might pick up on something about their state of mind that isn't being broadcast in narration. That kind of thing.

Permission to use Movement Reading on your character?: …Maybe? Francis' relationship with the truth is… iffy. I'm not sure how to describe it. He's always hiding something, but sometimes what he's hiding isn't worth anything. And he's pretty much always amused by the lie. And the truth is always true in the moment, even if it's not true. Anyone's pretty aware that he's shady enough because he's a politician, so if your character wants to call him out at any time, he wouldn't be surprised.
